About me

Hello, I have been working as a psychotherapist since 2009, in clinical settings in London and Sussex and in private practice.
I can offer you support and a safe space to help you work through the areas of your life that you find troubling and painful.
Together we will work towards helping you have a clearer understanding of yourself and your relationships with others, so that you can engage more fully with a life that you find fulfilling.

I am a fully qualified Psychotherapist and work to the Code of Ethics of my Professional Standards Authority Register. I hold Professional Indemnity Insurance.

I offer sessions via telephone and online as well as face to face.

I also see clients in East Grinstead, Sussex.
