All of the Psychotherapists in the directory are a registrant with one or more of the Professional Standards Authority (PSA) Registers held by BPC, UKCP and BACP and work to the ethical and professional standards of their PSA Register. The Registers that they belong to are shown below their name in the directory. In addition to maintaining high standards of professionalism the PSA Registers have robust complaints procedures should the need arise. FPC is not a PSA Register and as such does not hear complaints.
