About
At its simplest, psychotherapy offers you the opportunity to talk about whatever is troubling you in complete confidence at the same time, on the same day, every week.
This reliable framework, together with the relationship we develop together, provides a foundation for psychological change.
I offer psychodynamic psychotherapy. This is the kind of therapy that pays attention to your past experiences in order to throw light on what is happening in the present.
The exploration of themes from the past can reveal how long standing patterns of behaving or relating actually run the show from behind the scenes, outside your conscious awareness.
At its best, psychotherapy is a collaborative process with the aim of helping you understand yourself better. Becoming aware of your unconscious patterns can opens the possibility of changing them.
In turn, this leads to greater freedom, and the flexibility to make more fulfilling choices in the future.

Numerous buses travel along Victoria Street, Vauxhall Bridge Road and Buckingham Palace Road.

There are Santander bike docking stations on Warwick Row and Allington Street.

There are a few pay-to-park bays.

Putney Station (National Rail) is a 2-minute walk. Frequent trains to Putney depart from London Waterloo, Vauxhall (Victoria Line), and Clapham Junction. Putney is a 5-minute train journey from Clapham Junction, 11 minutes from Vauxhall, and 15 minutes from London Waterloo. Putney Station is also on the line from Richmond, Kingston, Shepperton, Weybridge and Windsor & Eton Riverside.

East Putney Station (London Underground) is a 7-minute walk. East Putney is on the Wimbledon branch of the District Line.

Multiple bus routes pass along Putney High Street and Upper Richmond Road.

Disraeli Road is in the A1 Parking Zone. There are pay-to-park bays (one hour) in the surrounding area, operational between 8.30 and 18.30.

Santander Cycles can be found at Putney Station, Disraeli Road and Upper Richmond Road.
