About me

I am a fully qualified Psychodynamic Psychotherapist registered with UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and Foundation for Psychotherapy and Counselling (FPC). I have a Bsc (Hons) in Psychology and completed my professional training at WPF Therapy, a UKCP, BACP & BPC accredited course. My background is in mental health, with years of experience in psychiatric services as well as working with adults in my private practice.

I believe in offering an open and empathetic environment for you to bring whatever it is that is troubling you, whether that be issues you may be having with feelings such as lowered self-worth or confidence to more deep-rooted feelings of depression or anxiety.

Therapy provided
