About me

I am an Adult Psychodynamic Psychotherapist offering both face-to-face and online sessions.

My practice includes short-term dynamic psychotherapy (12 or 18 sessions) as well as open-ended, long-term therapeutic options tailored to individual needs.

I have a particular interest in working with issues related to anxiety, depression, gender, sexuality, and relationship difficulties, with a strong focus on supporting LGBTQI+ individuals. My approach is grounded in fostering a reflective and collaborative space where meaningful insight and change can occur.
